When am I entitled to Luxair denied boarding compensation?

Lost Baggage: If your checked baggage is lost, you have the right to compensation from Luxaie under the Montreal Convention. If your baggage has not been located within 21 days after your flight, it is officially considered lost, and you are entitled to file a claim for compensation.
Damaged Baggage: If your checked baggage is damaged during transit, you must report the damage immediately upon arrival at the airport by filling out a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). After that, we can submit a formal claim to Luxair for damaged baggage compensation within 7 days after the repot.
Delayed Baggage: If your baggage is delayed, Luxair must cover the cost of essential items you need while waiting for your luggage. Compensation is determined based on the specific circumstances of the delay.
Compensation is generally limited under the Montreal Convention, up to approximately 1,288 Special Drawing Rights (around €1,500), depending on the value of your baggage and contents.
